The role requires precision, strong manual dexterity, ability to read drawings, and good teamwork. Prior assembly/manufacturing experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and meeting daily targets.

About the role

We are seeking 30 Assembly Technicians in the North Region on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our growing manufacturing team, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and processing products to the highest standards. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in our assembly operations, contributing directly to the success of our production targets and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, specifications and work instructions

• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications

• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and any quality issues encountered

• Identify and report defects or problems to supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
