Yong He Fu Construction is seeking an experienced architectural drafter to coordinate drawings and prepare detailed construction documents. You will use AutoCAD and other drafting tools to produce plans, elevations, sections, and layouts based on design requirements.

You will ensure drawings comply with regulations and coordinate details with structural and M&E teams, attending site meetings as needed and maintaining thorough records of revisions and submissions.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
• Experience producing detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
• Knowledge of building regulations and authority requirements.
• Ability to coordinate drawings with structural, M&E teams and resolve discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate architectural drawings and documentation with relevant parties.
• Prepare, develop, and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction drawings based on design requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate architectural details with structural, M&E, and other technical drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Assist in preparing drawings and documents for authority submissions and approvals.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and discussions with project teams when required.
• Liaise with site personnel and contractors to clarify drawing details and resolve technical issues.
• Update drawings according to site conditions, design changes, and consultants' comments.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and project documentation.
• Assist architects and project teams with drafting, design development, and technical coordination.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on completed site works.
• Monitor drawing submission schedules and follow up on outstanding comments or revisions.
• Perform other architectural coordination and drafting duties as assigned.
