A growth partner agency is seeking a motivated individual in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil, for lead generation and appointment setting. The role involves sending outbound messages daily, managing responses, and qualifying leads through direct messaging. Though previous experience in sales or lead generation is a bonus, all experience levels are welcome. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong written English, organized, and comfortable using social media like Instagram and LinkedIn. This is a commission-only position with no base salary.

Responsabilidades

  • Send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day.
  • Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries.
  • Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations.
  • Manage and track leads via CRM.
  • Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions.

Overview

About UsWe run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space : GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agencyAutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting.

Role Responsibilities
  • Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
  • Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
  • Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
  • Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
  • Manage and track leads via CRM
  • Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
  • Daily reporting via Slack
  • Work directly with the business owner
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, UK time focused
Experience
  • Open to all experience levels
  • Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
  • Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales
  • Have at least worked on a DM offer previously
