Our client is a dynamic U.S.-based design studio specializing in digital product design and development, including UX design, usability research, web, mobile, and app solutions. The company partners with startups and large corporations to deliver innovative, user-centered software products.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter/Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus 100% on sales outreach and lead generation. This role is dedicated to building a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital product design, website development, and UX solutions, with proven experience in generating high-quality leads for design or tech services.

Work Schedule: Full-time (9 am-5 pm EST; 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Generate Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target decision-makers in relevant industries.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct phone-based and virtual outreach (email and LinkedIn InMail) to engage prospective clients for services like UX/UI design, web and mobile app development, and usability research.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads to hand off to the sales team, ensuring alignment with the studio’s service offerings.
  • CRM Management: Track and manage prospecting activities, follow-ups, and lead status using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Market Research: Identify potential clients, including startups and corporations, that align with the studio’s expertise in digital product design and development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales outreach or lead generation for digital product design, website development, or related fields (e.g., digital agencies).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with various marketing strategies for the digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design, website development, or app solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for cold calling and email outreach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience generating leads for website design, UX/UI services, or software development solutions.
  • History of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
