About the role:

We are looking for a bilingual Legal Appointment Setter to support a fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will manage outbound and follow-up calls and qualify leads. You’ll play a key role in helping the firm maintain a high-quality client experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make outbound scripted calls to potential leads.
  • Follow up with missed inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments.
  • Use emotional intelligence to assess lead readiness and client fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales calls and appointment setting.
  • High emotional intelligence and client-facing professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot).
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Position: Legal Appointment Setter

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm CT

Salary: 1200 USD - 1600 USD + Commission
