Your role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Application Support and Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in São Paulo. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for business-critical applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, rapid incident resolution, and high service availability.
You’ll support Wealth Management platforms used by advisors, working closely with engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Wealth Management applications, including incident triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues reported by end users or monitoring systems, ensuring proper log, track, and incidents management using ITSM tools.
• Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and runbooks for standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and assist in managing service health during incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure minimum standards are delivered during systems construction phase, fostering monitoring and observability platforms` maintenance and adherence. Coordinate with development teams for issue escalation, bug tracking, and long-term solutions.

You will working within IT Brazil team based in São Paulo (Ave Faria Lima), in Brazil.
We analyze, develop, and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. Overall, being part of the IT development department offers you the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional technology and distinguished financial market professionals
Work in the hybrid model (3x office and 2x home)
Your expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps roles.
• Solid understanding of Windows systems, application servers, IIS, and related infrastructure. Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and observability tools and practices (e.g., AppDynamics, BigPanda, Splunk, etc).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management workflows, including tools like Atlas and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Experience in the financial services or wealth management domain.
• Fluent Portuguese and English - daily communication with global teams
