Arxada is seeking an analytical chemist in São Paulo to conduct routine and advanced instrumental analyses. You will support method development, validation, and data reporting while ensuring GMP/GLP compliance and traceable records.

You will investigate deviations, assist in batch release and stability studies, and collaborate with R&D and quality teams on product evaluation. This on-site role offers growth in a regulated lab setting.

Qualificações

• BSc in Chemistry or related field.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP and quality systems.
• Experience with analytical methods and data reporting.
• Ability to investigate deviations and OOS results.
• Ability to prepare samples and maintain traceable records.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical analyses using HPLC, GC, ICP, UV-Vis and titration systems.
• Support method development, optimization, and partial validation under supervision.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of analytical data following GMP/GLP.
• Investigate deviations and OOS results using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Prepare samples, manage testing workflows, and maintain complete lab documentation.
• Support batch release, stability, and process control with analytical data.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical teams in testing and product evaluation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare clear analytical reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

• Execute routine and non-routine chemical analyses using instrumental techniques such as HPLC, GC, ICP, UV-Vis, and titration systems
• Support method development, optimization, and partial validation under supervision of senior staff
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of analytical data, following GMP/GLP and internal quality systems
• Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and analytical issues using structured problem-solving approaches
• Prepare samples, manage testing workflows, and maintain complete and traceable laboratory documentation
• Support manufacturing and quality teams with analytical data for batch release, stability, and process control
• Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance of analytical equipment
• Collaborate with R&D and technical teams in application testing and product evaluation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, method robustness, lab organization)
• Prepare clear analytical reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders
