Ball Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Line Speeds Planning to interpret data for manufacturing decisions and improve data quality. The role focuses on KPI consolidation, dashboards, and continuous improvement using BI tools.

You will analyze trends, develop tech solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives. The position requires hybrid work with three on-site days weekly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing technological solutions.
• Proficient with Power Platform, BI tools, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL basics.
• Willingness to travel.

Primary purpose of the position:

The Line Speeds and Planning interprets data to inform manufacturing decisions, gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources. They enhance data analysis methods, offering recommendations to improve Ball's business applications and data quality.

What will you be responsible for?

• Consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) and their respective action plans.
• Prepare and monitor management meetings for results.
• Explore various databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain technology solutions for the business, including applications, automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Update and create reports providing relevant insights for the business through BI visualization tools.
• Map and optimize existing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and alignment of data analysis initiatives with organizational objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2years experience doing data analysis and reporting
• Minimum of 2 years experience developing technological solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business or related discipline
• Knowledge: Intermediatein Power Platforms (Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint). Intermediate in BI Tools and dashboard construction (Power BI / Qlik Sense / Tableau). Intermediate in Programming languages (SQL / VBA).
• Management: Basic in statistics applied to data management
• Analyze: Intermediate in Databases (relational)
• Availability to travel
• Knowledge of:
• Continuous improvement tools, structured problem-solving and agile methodologies
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Process Mapping / BPMN

Additional Information

• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment:This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
