Ball Corporation is seeking a Senior DevOps Analyst in São Jose dos Campos to accelerate the AI-native development journey. You’ll build scalable DevOps practices, modern engineering standards, and automation across the org, collaborating with Cloud, Data, Software, AI, and Platform teams to improve developer experience and CI/CD adoption.

This role requires hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps, plus strong knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, IaC and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with DevSecOps, code quality, security, and automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or Bicep.
• Knowledge of Platform Engineering and Developer Experience initiatives.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or AI‑assisted development tools.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Analyst to help accelerate our AI-native development journey by building scalable DevOps practices, modern engineering standards, and automation capabilities across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with Cloud, Data, Software, AI, and Platform teams to improve developer experience, enable CI/CD best practices, and drive adoption of modern engineering tools and frameworks.

Your Key Areas of Responsibility

• Drive DevOps best practices and engineering standards across multiple teams.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and repository governance.
• Support adoption of GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot, and other developer productivity tools.
• Create reusable templates, golden paths, and self-service solutions that simplify software delivery.
• Lead DevOps community sessions, workshops, and technical enablement initiatives.
• Partner with Platform, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to improve development efficiency and governance.

Required Experience and Skills

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related areas.
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with DevSecOps practices, code quality, security, and automation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or Bicep.
• Knowledge of Platform Engineering and Developer Experience initiatives.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or AI‑assisted development tools.
• Azure, GitHub, DevOps, or Cloud certifications.

Additional Information

• Hybrid On‑Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in‑person engagement by working on‑site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) or remote from the location of the candidate.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
