Job Summary

The analytics team develops and executes analyses to address specific client issues or initiatives. We proactively identify trends using a range of techniques and tools, liaising with client services, network development, and operational teams to ensure sound assumptions and interpretations. We provide expertise and guidance on client analytics solutions both internally and externally.

In this role, you will leverage data and analytical tools to uncover insights that inform business decisions. You will analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and create reports and dashboards to communicate findings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, make recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer data analysis processes to generate insights for business leaders.
  • Coordinate projects ensuring timelines and deliverables meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that impact business outcomes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools to support decision-making.
  • Implement data solutions by applying knowledge of business operations and data tools.
  • Evaluate stakeholder requirements and suggest improvements in reporting and analysis processes.
  • Communicate findings effectively to influence decisions and promote collaboration.
  • Guide junior analysts to improve analysis and visualization processes.
  • Document processes and conduct training on tools and methodologies.
  • Support client relationships and manage externally focused analytic projects.
  • Develop methodologies, tools, and templates for analytic deliverables and share innovative solutions with the team.
  • Participate in activities to grow the Advanced Analytics group, including training content development and documentation.
Qualifications

Successful candidates should perform all duties satisfactorily. The following are essential:

  • 2-4 years of experience (required); 5-7 years preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree (required); Master's Degree preferred
  • SQL certification (preferred); CBIP certification desirable
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Pivot Tables, macros, VBA, SQL; familiarity with Oracle BI, Python, R is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate to diverse individuals and build networks
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and creating contingency plans
  • Understanding of business operations and the technical skills needed to perform the role
