Job Summary:
The analytics team is responsible for the development and execution of analyses that address specific client issues or initiatives. We proactively identify trends and issues utilizing a range of analytic techniques and tools. Liaise with client services, network development, and operational personnel to ensure the appropriateness of underlying assumptions and interpretations. We provide expertise and direction as it relates to client analytics solutions/services both internally and externally.
In this role, you will leverage data and analytical tools to uncover actionable insights that drive business decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and creating reports and dashboards that communicate key findings to stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support organizational strategies.

Analytical Skills – Analyzing and synthesizing information to understand issues and identify options. Able to translate business requirements into reporting/analysis requirements.
Technical Abilities - Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint 2007/2010. Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, macros, VBA and SQL desired. Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence, Python, R Studio a plus but not required.
