Qualificações

• Proven experience with SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management).

• Experience in SAP functional support / AMS, including incident management and SLA-based service.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP ACM, FI, and MM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP GUI and Fiori.
• Knowledge of Brazilian fiscal processes (ICMS).
• Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional SAP ACM sustaining support, handling incidents and requests via ITSM tools like Jira.

This is a key functional support role within a high-volume, business-critical agricultural operation.
You will provide functional support for SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management) across core agricultural processes.
The role covers contract origination, receipt, invoice exchanges, producer payments, and fiscal closing activities.
You will investigate incidents, identify root causes, and help maintain operational continuity across the SAP ecosystem.
The position combines hands-on troubleshooting with user support, process improvement, and functional documentation.
You will collaborate across SAP ACM, FI, MM, and related processes while supporting both users and technical teams.

Accountabilities:

• Provide functional SAP ACM sustaining support, handling incidents and requests through ITSM tools such as Jira or equivalent platforms.
• Prioritize support demands according to their operational and fiscal impact.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to fiscal invoice exchanges, including movement discrepancies, revenue recognition, and tax impacts.
• Support the Receipt Monitor (MEB) by analyzing and resolving blocks related to receiving, unloading, and weighing processes.
• Support financial processes associated with producer payments, including reversals, financial adjustments, and operational validations.
• Resolve incidents involving returns, logistics postings, and the generation of fiscal documents.
• Support fiscal closing activities and corrections related to tax requirements in agricultural operations.
• Assist with simulations and the creation of agricultural contracts, validating business rules and operational consistency.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between agricultural contracts, movements, and inventory positions.
• Support functional access and profile management in collaboration with technical teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and contribute to sustainable solutions.
• Provide functional guidance and support to key users throughout day-to-day operations.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, recording solutions and contributing to a structured knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across agricultural processes and SAP functionality.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience with SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management).
• Strong understanding of the complete agricultural contract lifecycle, including origination, receipt, invoice exchange, and producer payments.
• Previous experience in SAP functional support / AMS, including incident management, SLA-based service, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP ACM, FI, and MM.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, including SAP GUI and Fiori environments.
• Knowledge of Brazilian fiscal processes applicable to agricultural operations, particularly ICMS impacts.
• Ability to analyze complex business and system incidents and identify appropriate functional solutions.
• Intermediate English proficiency, particularly for technical reading and documentation.
• Completed degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with users and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to prioritize incidents according to business impact and operational urgency.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with BRF+ and fiscal rule engines.
• Experience with foreign-currency operations, including USD and PTAX.
• Knowledge of agricultural operations involving royalty rules.
• Experience with SAP SD integrated with ACM.
• Familiarity with customized tools and objects supporting agricultural processes.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation applicable to agribusiness, including ICMS, SENAR, and rural CFOP.
• SAP certification in functional modules such as MM, SD, or FI.
