Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales operations, training, coaching, or performance monitoring.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for sales teams, adapting content to identified business and performance needs.
• Analyze performance indicators to identify training gaps and development opportunities.
• Monitor customer interactions and daily sales activities to ensure quality and process adherence.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports and clear insights for leadership.
• Partner with relevant teams to identify process improvements and opportunities for innovation.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Sales Operations based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on strengthening sales operations through training, performance monitoring, and process improvement. You will work closely with sales teams and leadership to identify opportunities based on operational and performance indicators. The role combines analytical thinking with coaching and training to improve sales quality and execution. You will monitor daily customer interactions and help ensure that established processes are followed effectively. Your insights will support leadership reporting and contribute to more informed operational decisions. You will also have the opportunity to introduce innovations and continuously improve the way the sales organization operates. The position is ideal for an analytical, collaborative professional who enjoys connecting data, people, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales operations, sales, training, coaching, performance monitoring, or related activities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret performance indicators.
• Collaborative profile with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize multiple activities, identify priorities, and translate performance data into actionable improvements.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience working with CRM platforms is a plus.
