Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct recruitment processes for internships and administrative positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
  • Manage onboarding and integration of new administrative professionals and interns, overseeing the entire onboarding cycle.
  • Support organization of internship programs and fairs, encouraging active participation.
  • Assist in organizing and executing internal and external corporate events and initiatives, fostering organizational culture and engagement.
  • Conduct periodic follow-up interviews with new hires to ensure proper adaptation and identify potential improvements in the onboarding process.
  • Conduct exit interviews, contributing to identifying opportunities for improvement in the environment and internal processes.
