Your mission will be to manage the demand for the position of Analista de Recursos Humanos Pleno (DHO).
Responsibilities include conducting performance management, succession planning, organizational climate surveys, development programs, and internal communication strategies, aligning people strategies with organizational culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Develop and implement evaluation systems aligned with organizational goals, analyze results, provide feedback, and support managers in creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
- Succession Planning: Identify high-potential talents for key roles, develop development plans, and monitor progress.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop learning solutions (both in-person and online), and adjust programs based on performance indicators.
- Organizational Climate: Conduct climate and engagement surveys, develop action plans to enhance culture and work environment.
- Internal Communication and Endomarketing: Create and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company values.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Intermediate English level (preferred).
- Experience in cultural and organizational transformation processes.
- Ability to evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Strengthening organizational culture and increasing engagement.
- Effective internal communication and endomarketing skills.
- Strategic contribution as an HR Business Partner.
- Knowledge of Nine Box methodology (desirable).
