-Position for Systems Engineering in Powertrain Development. Responsible for design and release, as well as systems engineering for multiple powertrain parts and sub-systems across various development programs. Key tasks include:
Develop and innovate in powertrain system technology, including new and modified components such as Air Induction Systems (AIS), exhaust systems, Thermal Systems and secondary air injection systems (SAI).
Ensure that the systems meet project requirements, adhere to schedules, and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance.
Support the development of technical specifications and manage the closure of issues related to -triage engineering- parts and subsystems.
Conduct Technical Design Reviews (TDRs) with peers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment at each milestone.
Manage and facilitate the timely delivery of project objectives, ensuring zero uncontrolled/gating issues and successful Phase 0/1 PPAP by target dates.-
