Job description
Assist the business coordinator with daily activities to ensure the accuracy of the launch schedule within the planned timeline and profitability. Execute action plans at various stages of projects (development, launch, construction, post-delivery) to maximize portfolio results for the company.
Main responsibilities
- Support the coordinator in developing launches and starting projects in collaboration with responsible departments (legal, technical management, real estate legal, and financing with Caixa Econômica Federal) to ensure project phases are aligned, synchronized, and deliver expected results, using management tools (Excel schedules or others) and regular team meetings.
- Assist in preparing commercial aspects (marketing and sales) for launches by analyzing and adjusting sales support materials (images, broker books, flyers, etc.) for coordinator approval.
- Collaborate with market intelligence, technical budgeting, and financial planning teams to prepare launch books for approval committees.
- Handle internal operations to facilitate launches (register divisions/developments/inventory in SAP, etc.).
- Organize and consolidate all project information using folders, spreadsheets, and data sheets to serve as a knowledge reference and product owner.
- Monitor corrective action plans related to clients from the point of sale through post-delivery, engaging with CRM team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage demolition processes with supervisor approval and coordinate with legal teams for property registry updates.
- Update launch schedules and manage Caixa Econômica Federal contracts to ensure project viability and fund transfers.
- Register information in Caixa's system and provide technical data to support project contracting processes.
Requirements and skills
- Higher education degree
- Degrees in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Office Suite: advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience in residential development and construction, launch processes; desirable knowledge in AutoCAD, sales and marketing processes, construction delivery, financing with CEF, project legalization, and urban legislation in Goiânia (master plan, land use and occupation laws, building codes, environmental legislation), and incorporation law.
