We are looking for a Field Support Engineer who is eager to learn and grow their career.

In this role, you will:

The network engineer is responsible for LAN and WAN networks, including addressing, switches, routers, WLAN, AD, DNS, NPM, firewalls, CDNs, load balancers, and NFV. They will also manage private networks and internet connectivity, and support the adoption of network monitoring and data collection tools. Additionally, they will support carrier trunking with the local network.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and IMAC for access/border/core networks with Cisco/HP equipment.
• Knowledge of small/medium switches (L2/L3) and routers (L3-L7), WLAN Cisco/HP.
• Experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto, SASE, and understanding of cybersecurity.
• Skills in cabling (CAT5-9, fiber optics MM/SM), testing data communication radios & mobile access.
• Knowledge of Fortinet/Huawei network and security devices.
• Experience in End-User support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, OS, telephony, videoconferencing, and related issues.
• Ability to guide users on software, applications, and information systems.
• Reporting critical issues to Level 2 support promptly.
• Hardware requirements analysis for software installation.
• Testing new equipment and preparing user guides.
• Reinstalling OS images and backing up user data.
• Asset management activities in absence of dedicated technicians.
• Basic knowledge of Zabbix configuration for network devices.
