Job Description

• The mission of this professional is to oversee the entire organization of events, including strategic planning, logistics, and execution processes. Additionally, they are responsible for generating leads and opportunities to foster organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities

1. Update daily follow-up on quotations, proposals, and deadlines in the event management system.
2. Respond to event quotations within the standard time frame, ensuring the best proposal is sent to the client.
3. Maintain contact with the person responsible for the event after the contract is signed to monitor the event's needs.
4. Ensure correct recording of expenses and closure of the event account.
5. Send the Service Order to all necessary departments to ensure the proper execution of the event.
6. Compile evaluations of the events.
7. Attend technical visits with clients.
8. Assist in contracting third-party services.
9. Oversee the setup and dismantling of event rooms.
