Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug test programs and fixtures for new product introductions (NPI) and existing products.
• Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams to define test requirements and validate test coverage.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve test yields and product reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to test procedures, specifications, and test reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and equipment.
• Support production lines by troubleshooting test issues and providing technical assistance.
• Contribute to the selection and evaluation of new test technologies and equipment.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW).
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Familiarity with manufacturing test methodologies and quality control principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
