Jobgether's partner company in Brazil seeks a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable insights and support digital transformation. The role focuses on building Tableau dashboards from scratch, from data modeling through publication, with extensive SQL work.

You will create and maintain Databricks tables, support data transformations, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into practical recommendations.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that support business decisions and digital transformation initiatives.
The role has a strong focus on building Tableau dashboards from scratch, from data modeling through publication.
You will work extensively with advanced SQL to investigate data, conduct studies, and generate meaningful business insights.
The position also involves creating and maintaining data tables in Databricks and supporting reliable data transformation processes.
You will collaborate with business teams and stakeholders, translating analytical findings into clear and useful recommendations.

Accountabilities

• Build Tableau dashboards from scratch, covering data modeling, development, validation, and publication.
• Develop advanced SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, investigation, and analysis.
• Conduct data studies and analytical investigations to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and improve data tables within Databricks.
• Apply data modeling and transformation practices to support reliable and scalable analytical solutions.
• Use Google Sheets for analysis, controls, monitoring, and tracking of business indicators.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support the development of business indicators and executive dashboards when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in data processes, analytical methodologies, and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building Tableau dashboards end-to-end, from data modeling through publication.
• Advanced SQL skills, including querying, data manipulation, transformation, and analytical investigation.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for analysis, controls, reporting, and monitoring indicators.
• Experience conducting data studies and analyses with a focus on generating actionable business insights.
• Experience creating and maintaining tables in Databricks.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data transformation concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
