How you create impact

• Customer Service and Satisfaction: Proactive advice and consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Shipment Management: Qualifying and entering customer orders into the operational process.
• Claims Management.
• Customer Integration: Including and transferring customer requirements into KN systems; monitoring initial customer orders.
• Customer Data Management: Maintaining and integrating customer data into KN systems.
• Operational Customer Relationship Management: Knowledge exchange with sales; establishing operational relationships with customers (sales support).
• Reporting: Creating, refining, and reviewing reports.
• Coordination with internal systems.
• Customer Focal Point: Communication point with customers regarding quotes, maritime cargo, and pickup/delivery.
• Monitoring internal data and customer indicators according to customer expectations, action plans, and continuous improvement.
• Guiding and assisting less experienced team members, responsible for providing solutions with complexity.
• Adhering to and respecting health and safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures, as well as internal company rules applicable to all employees, especially regarding supply chain security or customs compliance.

What we would like you to bring

• Completed higher education in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience with Maritime Import Shipments Coordination.
• Experience with Customer Service.
• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
