Description:

Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of manufacturing products, monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions, conducting audits, correcting and preparing quality documentation, leading problem-solving analyses, and maintaining ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering
• Quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience supporting or leading ISO 9001 management
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques (PDCA, MASP, 8D, etc.), root cause analysis, and effective corrective actions
• Intermediate English proficiency

Experience:

• Root cause analysis, problem solving, and change management experience
• Strong communication skills, including customer interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects
• Internal auditor certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (preferred)
• Desirable: Project management/APQP experience
