Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accounting Reconciliation per company rules with notes and adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and analyze accounting entries in line with current legislation.
• Support External and Internal Audits.
• Understand CPC, IFRS, and US GAAP as applicable.
• Map processes for incorrect parameterization and validate results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes.

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to work with Sherwin-Williams Brazil’s businesses at the Taboão da Serra - SP plant!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Accounting Reconciliation - in accordance with company rules, making notes and adjustments if necessary
• Analysis and execute accounting entries in accordance with current legislation (provisions, amortizations, reclassifications, loans, investments, leasing, foreign exchange variation provisions, payroll, employee benefits, others)
• External and Internal Audit Support
• Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC – mandatory, IFRS and USGAAP – desirable)
• Mapping of processes with incorrect parameterization that impact company results and validation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes
