O Analista será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:

• Principal responsável pelo processo de analise e elaboração de relatórios de provisão de férias, 13º e demais informações relacionadas ao fluxo de provisão, incluindo relatórios de apoio e esclarecimento de dúvidas de diversas áreas sobre o tema.
• Atendimento a área contábil para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas ao processo de provisão.
• Suporte a gestão na elaboração de indicadores de resultado de folha de pagamento.
• Suporte a gestão na elaboração de plano de ação e implementação de melhorias nos diversos processos de validação de folha de pagamento e obrigações acessórias.
• Realização de testes de novos projetos e incrementos de novos processos.
• Atuar em rotina de Folha de pagamento, assegurando o perfeito cumprimento da legislação trabalhista para a relação entre a empresa e o colaborador. Emissão e organização da documentação pertinente, entregáveis e resultados.
• Gerar, analisar e garantir o correto resultado da Folha, corrigir eventuais erros.

Qualificações:

• Experiência e conhecimento no sistema SAP HR - experiência atuando como usuário nesta ferramenta.
• Conhecimento e experiência no aplicativo federal eSocial / DCTFweb.
• Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços).
• Experiência em metodologias de validação como documentos padronizados, instruções de trabalho, checklist, documentos de auditoria, métricas de SLA (acordo de nível de serviço).
• Experiência para trabalhar com alto volume de processamento de dados.
• Conhecimento nível Avançado em Excel.
• Conhecimento nível intermediário em Power BI.
• Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas de validação de folha de pagamento (mínimo 5 anos).
• Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas de conciliação contábil e provisões contábeis (férias e 13º salário).
• Conhecimento e experiência (mínimo de 5 anos) em todas as rotinas do departamento de pessoal, como férias, rescisões, cobranças / relatórios legais mensais e anuais.
