LTM is seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Enterprise Architect to lead AI transformation initiatives, define enterprise AI roadmaps, and drive adoption of Generative AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI across global organizations. The role blends strategic leadership, enterprise architecture, and hands-on AI expertise to accelerate innovation and unlock business value through AI technologies.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of Azure architecture experience
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives
• Strong expertise in Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM‑based Solutions, Python & PySpark, MLOps / LLMOps
• Experience with GitHub, Power Automate, REST APIs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and multi-agent systems
• Exposure to AWS and GCP environments
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and enterprise governance frameworks
• Experience leading customer workshops and transformation programs
• TOGAF certification is preferred
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Databricks LLM Certification are desirable

We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Enterprise Architect to lead AI transformation initiatives, define enterprise AI roadmaps, and drive adoption of Generative AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions across global organizations.

This role combines strategic leadership, enterprise architecture, and hands‑on expertise in AI technologies to help organizations accelerate innovation and unlock business value through Artificial Intelligence.

What You'll Do

Enterprise AI Strategy

• Define and drive enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and architecture strategy.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and business leaders to accelerate AI adoption.
• Lead enterprise‑wide AI transformation initiatives and governance programs.
• Design scalable AI solutions across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.

Generative AI & Copilot Solutions

• Lead the implementation of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including workflows, integrations, and orchestration patterns.
• Design multi‑agent ecosystems and knowledge‑driven AI platforms using:
• Vector Databases
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and enterprise data grounding techniques.
• Deploy, fine‑tune, and customize AI models and LLM‑based solutions.
• Build scalable AI platforms using Python, PySpark, Azure AI Services, and modern data engineering practices.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for model lifecycle management.

Architecture, Governance & DevOps

• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Security & Compliance
• Responsible AI
• Data Governance
• Ensure scalable, secure, and repeatable deployments.
• Architect integrations with platforms such as:
• SAP
• Dynamics 365
• ServiceNow
• Design APIs, custom connectors, and automation workflows.
• Deliver executive presentations, customer workshops, and AI enablement sessions.

Required Experience

10+ years of IT experience

5+ years of Azure architecture experience

Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives

Strong expertise in:

• Vector Databases
• Prompt Engineering
• LLM‑based Solutions
• Python & PySpark
• MLOps / LLMOps

Experience with:

• GitHub
• Power Automate
• REST APIs

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
