Luxoft is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect on a CLT basis in Brazil to lead the technical foundation for Automation, AI, and GenAI initiatives across our database services landscape.

You will define and deliver the roadmap for capabilities including AI Agents, GenAI integrations, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent operational workflows, aligning with our AI strategy and governance standards.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Automation Architecture, or related senior roles.
• Strong software engineering and system design background for enterprise-scale automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern the AI & Automation architecture strategy for Database Platforms.
• Lead the technical evolution of existing automation solutions and frameworks.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation architectures.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and engineer productivity.
• Architect integrations with enterprise AI services such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, RAG services, and Agentic AI platforms.
• Establish development standards, governance, security controls, observability, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Database Engineering, Cloud, Security, Architecture, and AI teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership for AI and automation initiatives.

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Solution Architect under a CLT contract to establish and lead the technical foundation for Automation, AI, and Generative AI initiatives across our database services landscape!

In this role, you will provide architecture leadership for existing automation solutions while defining and delivering the roadmap for future capabilities, including AI Agents, GenAI integrations, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent operational workflows. You will help transform individual automations into a scalable, governed, and enterprise-ready capability aligned with our core AI strategy.

• Define and govern the AI & Automation architecture strategy for Database Platforms.
• Lead the technical evolution of existing automation solutions and frameworks.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation architectures.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and engineer productivity.
• Architect integrations with enterprise AI services such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, RAG services, and Agentic AI platforms.

Architecture & Engineering

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Automation Architecture, or related senior roles.
• Strong software engineering and system design background with experience designing enterprise-scale automation platforms.

Automation & DevOps

• REST APIs and Event-Driven Architectures.
• GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure (primary) and AWS.
• Microservices architecture and API integration.

AI & Generative AI

Hands-on experience implementing:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Vector/Semantic Search.
• AI Agents, Agentic AI, and AI Orchestration.

Database Knowledge

Strong understanding of database operations, automation, and management across:

• MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and AWS RDS.
