BairesDev is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI. You will create reusable blueprints and golden paths that help teams deploy AI-powered services securely at scale.

You'll develop self-service platform capabilities, standardize LLM access and governance, and empower non-technical users with a low-code Gemini/Claude front-end to provision infrastructure and deploy applications independently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering principles including golden paths and blueprints.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong product mindset focused on developer enablement over traditional SRE approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

AI Platform Engineer at BairesDev
