Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will design AI training programs for global teams and develop engaging content to accelerate AI adoption.

You will drive AI literacy across GSM, track adoption metrics, and partner with AI Ambassadors, delivering office hours and training events. You will help business users apply tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Strong facilitation, presentation.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Simplify technical concepts and make them practical for business users.
• Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, change management, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
