Toradex is seeking an AI Development Specialist to join its global AI team. You will design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, AI Agents, and business automations to drive productivity and transformation across customer value streams.

You will work hands-on across integration with ERP/CRM, data platforms and enterprise apps, delivering production-ready solutions with a focus on performance and security. Fluent English and hybrid work from Campinas are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs with ERP/CRM and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD, testing and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.

About the Role

Toradex is looking for an AI Development Specialist to join its global AI team and build enterprise AI solutions that drive productivity, automation, and business transformation across the organization.

This is a hands‑on development role focused on designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered solutions, AI Agents, and business automations that create measurable value across our Customer Value Streams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop AI-powered applications and business solutions.
• Build AI Agents, copilots, and Generative AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Required Technical Skills

• Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas-SP.
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience implementing RAG and knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, collaboration, and analytics solutions.

Preferred Experience

• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks.
• Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, HubSpot, or similar business platforms.
• Containerization and modern deployment approaches (Docker, Kubernetes).
• AI security, governance, and observability concepts.
