ShopGifts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an AI Content & Digital Marketing Intern who is curious, hands-on and excited by AI, social media, content creation, video and digital marketing. You will work on real campaigns across multiple businesses and gain exposure to content across B2B and B2C channels.

This internship offers practical experience with AI image/video generation, short-form video production, and e-commerce marketing.

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, Reels and TikToks.
• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, ideas, scripts and marketing content.
• Brainstorm content concepts, hooks and campaigns.
• Create simple graphics using Canva.
• Take product photos and videos.
• Plan and execute content calendars.
• Write captions and adapt content for different platforms.
• Support e-commerce promotions and digital campaigns.
• Research social media trends and opportunities.
• Test new AI and digital marketing tools.

AI Content & Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative, curious and hands‑on intern who is excited about AI, social media, content creation, video and digital marketing.

This is not an internship where you will spend your day doing filing or photocopying. You will work on real businesses, real campaigns and real content, and get the opportunity to experiment with new ideas and tools.

You will gain exposure across several of our businesses, including:

• SHOPGIFTS — Corporate gifts & merchandise

• XIRI CREATIONS - Bespoke Smart Mirror

• B2C Biz — Pottery workshops & experiences

• B2C Live — Live commerce & digital content

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work closely with the team on areas such as:

• Creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms

• Filming and editing short‑form videos, Reels and TikToks

• Using AI tools to generate images, videos, ideas, scripts and marketing content

• Brainstorming content concepts, hooks and social media campaigns

• Creating simple graphics and marketing materials using tools such as Canva

• Taking product photos and videos

• Helping to plan and execute content calendars

• Writing captions and adapting content for different platforms

• Supporting e‑commerce promotions and digital campaigns

• Assisting with content for workshops, products, events and live‑commerce activities

• Researching social media trends and identifying content opportunities

• Testing new AI and digital marketing tools and figuring out how they can be applied to our businesses

• Supporting other marketing and creative projects where required

What You Will Learn

Work across several businesses and see firsthand how ideas are tested, launched and developed.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a good fit if you:

• Are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Design or a related course

• Enjoy TikTok, Instagram and creating digital content

• Have an interest in AI and new technology

• Are creative and enjoy coming up with ideas

• Are willing to learn video filming and editing

• Are comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar apps

• Are proactive and able to work independently after receiving guidance

• Have good written and spoken English

• Are organised and responsible with deadlines

Prior professional experience is not required. Personal projects, school projects, TikTok accounts, Instagram pages, videos or other creative work are welcome.

Internship Details

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Internship Duration: Preferably 3–6 months
Internship Allowance: S$1,000–S$1,200 per month
