Who We're Looking For

We need a dynamic professional who understands that great pitches persuade, can read the room, challenge assumptions, and close deals. You are strategically minded, commercially shrewd, and curious about emerging trends and human behavior.

Your Impact Will Include:
  • Establishing a research-driven culture that transforms consumer insights into compelling creative briefs.
  • Creating evaluation frameworks demonstrating clear ROI to clients.

  • Proven success as a Group Account Director, Strategic Director, or equivalent in an award-winning agency.
  • Track record of winning and delivering 360° campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing processes and sector needs.
  • Strong portfolio of client relationships and industry connections.
  • Ability to grow client accounts and secure repeat business.
