We’re looking for an Agency Commercial Lead to help grow Pinterest’s agency business globally. The successful candidate will join our Agency and Ads Partners team. They will work with a team of world-class and passionate people to shape an agency commercial partnership framework that creates measurable value for agencies, advertisers, Pinners, and Pinterest across the globe. You will be responsible for the internal analysis, strategy, the go-to-market plan, and the delivery and monitoring of our commercial agency partnerships. This will involve you working with agencies and internal cross-functional teams to translate the vision into a reality. The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to the global and regional leadership teams.

What You'll do:

  1. Drive incremental and new business revenue with top global agencies
  2. Sell digital advertising solutions into media agencies directly
  3. Possess a strong track record in sales, project management, and commercial success
  4. Have deep knowledge of the agency landscape, key decision makers, operating models, commercial structure, and contracts
  5. Hands-on knowledge of media planning, campaign management, media measurement, and media channels (e-commerce, branding, formats, and targeting)
  6. Proven success in developing commercial products and capabilities for agencies
  7. Have been a skilled negotiator with the ability to predict and account for multiple scenarios
  8. Demonstrable ability to analyze and draw clear insights and actions from large data sets
  9. Proven ability to influence and build relationships internally and externally; both in person and virtually
  10. Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team’s work using an effective combination of metrics and market feedback
  11. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency partnerships
  12. Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform
  13. Proven track record in developing, managing, and executing complex large bodies of work across multiple stakeholders
  14. Understanding of global market nuances as it relates to legal and compliance factors

What we’re looking for:

  1. 10+ years Digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products
  2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  3. Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
  4. Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
  5. An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Sao Paulo office.
