Responsibilities
- Maintain technical expertise through PAG trainer training.
- Perform technical training for dealer technicians and service advisors.
- Manage High Voltage Qualification (HVE/HVT) and certification.
- Achieve technical training targets and KPIs.
- Deliver certifications via PGCS system.
- Manage non-technical after-sales training to meet targets.
Training Delivery and Certification
- Participate in PAG training for trainers.
- Conduct technical training and manage ILT sessions.
- Oversee ZPT (Certified Porsche Technician) program.
- Manage certification processes and training materials.
Training Management
- Assess training needs and develop individual training plans.
- Organize annual training plans, including budgeting and logistics.
- Maintain training records and results.
- Ensure training facilities and materials are available.
- Participate in international training events.
LMS/CMS Management
- Manage PPN users and certificates.
- Support PPN operational issues and report analysis.
- Manage web-based training content and translations.
- Train local trainers for certification strategies.
Documentation and Market Support
- Proofread and translate manuals and training materials.
- Support sales funnel management and market research activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- Automotive technical training and HVE certification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in technical training or related fields.
- Automotive industry experience preferred, with body & repair knowledge desirable.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Automotive knowledge and 'car culture'.
- Fluency in English required.
