A leading automotive company is seeking an After Sales Training Manager to oversee technical training for dealer technicians and service advisors. This role involves managing certifications, organizing training programs, and ensuring training materials are up to date. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this mid-senior level position.

Qualificações

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain technical expertise through PAG trainer training.
  2. Perform technical training for dealer technicians and service advisors.
  3. Manage High Voltage Qualification (HVE/HVT) and certification.
  4. Achieve technical training targets and KPIs.
  5. Deliver certifications via PGCS system.
  6. Manage non-technical after-sales training to meet targets.
Training Delivery and Certification
  1. Participate in PAG training for trainers.
  2. Conduct technical training and manage ILT sessions.
  3. Oversee ZPT (Certified Porsche Technician) program.
  4. Manage certification processes and training materials.
Training Management
  1. Assess training needs and develop individual training plans.
  2. Organize annual training plans, including budgeting and logistics.
  3. Maintain training records and results.
  4. Ensure training facilities and materials are available.
  5. Participate in international training events.
LMS/CMS Management
  1. Manage PPN users and certificates.
  2. Support PPN operational issues and report analysis.
  3. Manage web-based training content and translations.
  4. Train local trainers for certification strategies.
Documentation and Market Support
  1. Proofread and translate manuals and training materials.
  2. Support sales funnel management and market research activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
  • Automotive technical training and HVE certification.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in technical training or related fields.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred, with body & repair knowledge desirable.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Automotive knowledge and 'car culture'.
  • Fluency in English required.
