Jobgether is seeking a Data Administrator in Brazil to support enterprise-wide data architecture, modeling, and governance initiatives. You will design and maintain data models, collaborate with development teams, and strengthen data standardization and governance processes.

Responsibilities include managing metadata, data quality, and master data, while contributing to architecture improvements and governance frameworks. Remote Brazil-based role with CLT contract and 6-month initial term.

Formación

• Bachelor's in IT/CS is required; postgraduate is preferred.
• Strong data modeling, metadata management, and governance skills.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture and data quality initiatives.
• Knowledge of MDm and reference data management.
• Good documentation and collaboration across teams.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Administrador de Dados based in Brazil.

We are looking for a skilled Data Administrator to support enterprise-wide data architecture, modeling, and governance initiatives. In this role, you will design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements. You will collaborate with development teams, providing technical guidance and evaluating data models to promote best practices. You will also contribute to corporate data architecture improvements, metadata management, and data quality initiatives. Working with shared corporate information and master data, you will help strengthen data standardization and governance processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to strategic technology initiatives within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities

• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
• Guide and support technical teams throughout data modeling activities, ensuring consistency and adherence to established methodologies.
• Review, evaluate, and validate data models created by development teams, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the identification, organization, and effective use of corporate and shared information assets.
• Promote understanding and standardization of the business entities represented in data models across different teams.
• Maintain and update data model repositories, metadata documentation, and related information assets.
• Recommend improvements and modifications to the corporate data architecture to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess proposed changes to corporate and shared data models.
• Prepare technical reports, assessments, and recommendations regarding the use and management of conceptual and logical metadata.
• Support data quality initiatives and the management of master data and reference data.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate vocabularies, business glossaries, data management methodologies, governance frameworks, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree in Information Technology. Candidates without a postgraduate qualification should confirm whether their professional experience meets the alternative eligibility criteria.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture and metadata management.
• Practical experience conducting impact analyses and evaluating data models.
• Knowledge and experience in data quality management, master data management (MDM), and reference data management.
• Professional experience with data management and data governance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data structures and recommend improvements.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to guide development teams and promote data governance standards across the organization.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and standardized data repositories.
