People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to manage fixed assets, perform AP and GL activities, and support monthly close processes. The role involves precise financial processing, reporting, and asset management within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or Finance, has about 2 years of AP & GL experience, and is proficient in Excel with familiarity in SAP or Hyperion.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed assets, including physical counts, capitalization, transfers, and secondary assets such as IT equipment.
• Handle Accounts Payable, including invoice verification and processing, month-end completion, supplier statement reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Perform General Ledger activities, including monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations across reporting systems.
• Prepare expense schedules for audit and tax purposes and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Support month-end closing, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects.
• Work cross-functionally with different departments and levels of the organization.

Summary :

Supports Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) activities across the company, with responsibility for accurate financial processing, reconciliation, reporting, and asset management.
