Responsabilidades

• Contabilidade geral para o Brasil, incluindo fechamento mensal e relatórios GAAP.
• Preparar obrigações fiscais locais e coordenar auditorias internas.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• General accounting for Brazil to include month-end close, entry preparation, reconciliations, support audit request, and GAAP reporting as the need arises. Supports the Regional Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting Department.
• Prepare local vendors in local tax obligations and its submission to the tax authority, as such “LALUR”, “EFD Contribuições”, “ECD”, “ECF”, tax packages, corporate reporting requirements, etc.
• Propose systems improvements and build reports to support senior management decisions.
• Coordinates internal audit with audit requirements (including assigned SOX reporting and testing) and follow-up assigned outstanding items for internal auditors.
• Assist all areas on accounting matters and accurately register accruals or other entries to ensure accounting accuracy and its compliance with Danaher policies.

YOUR PROFILE

Education:

• BS Degree in Accounting with Brazilian CPA “CRC-Conselho Regional de Contabilidade”

Experience:

• Strong experience in Accounting, especially accounts payables, treasury, banks reconciliations;
• Experience in SAP (BlackLine, iBuy and MobileExpenses will be considered a differential);

Language:

• Portuguese - Fluent.
