Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking an accounting professional to manage entries for companies under Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will perform monthly reconciliations, assist in preparing financial statements, and support tax filings and integrations with Protheus modules to streamline processes.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Finance, Tax, Purchasing, and HR while upholding deadlines and delivering precise results in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Post accounting entries for companies under Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, DRE).
• Calculate taxes for Lucro Real using LALUR.
• Support filings such as ECD, ECF, BACEN and IBGE.
• Assist with PER/DCOMP preparation and amendments.
• Respond to internal and external audits.
• Integrate and verify Protheus modules: billing, finance, payroll, assets, inventory.
• Support consultancy (TOTVS Accounting/Fiscal Module) for automation of records.
• Communicate with Finance, Tax, Purchasing, HR; provide client support.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Group's accounting area, posting accounting entries for companies under Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Support the preparation and analysis of the Group's financial statements, such as the Balance Sheet and the Statement of Income (DRE).
• Calculate taxes for companies under Lucro Real based on LALUR.
• Support ancillary obligations, including ECD, ECF, BACEN and IBGE filings.
• Assist in the preparation and amendment of PER/DCOMP.
• Respond to internal compliance program audits as well as external year-end audit procedures.
• Perform integration and verification of Protheus integrated modules, such as billing, purchasing, finance, payroll, fixed assets and inventory.
• Support the consultancy (TOTVS – Accounting/Fiscal Module) in pursuing automation of accounting records.
• Communicate directly with other Group departments, such as Finance, Tax, Purchasing and HR. Clarify doubts and provide necessary support to clients and partners when required.
