Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging career? Are you adaptable, curious, and persistent to achieve great results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? The Amazon team is seeking new Account Managers to join its São Paulo, Brazil team.

Your role will focus on contributing to new merchant acquisition through hunting, specifically via phone/email prospecting and recruiting merchants who can offer a competitive range of products, pricing, and availability on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  • Understand category specifics to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor pitches and advice.
  • Track, report, analyze, and interpret merchant development results.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve KPIs in a target-driven environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in internet, e-commerce, or retail companies is preferable.
