The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in account management, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Qualificações

  • Minimum of 2 years in Commercial or Account Management.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Account Management
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel both independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously, coupled with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Adept problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Strong drive for achieving and surpassing targets
  • Ability to comprehend and oversee commercial agreements
  • Able to navigate in G tools, Jira, Tableau and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Native Portuguese and a great command of Spanish. Or vice versa
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in other languages is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture enduring relationships with key clients to cultivate satisfaction and growth
  • Oversee a client portfolio, employing a structured and consultative methodology
  • Assist clients in maximizing our game performance
  • Spearhead up-sell, aligning novel products and promos with client objectives
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations, furnishing insights and strategic counsel
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and company developments, disseminating pertinent updates
  • Champion new products, features, and campaigns to elevate engagement and outcomes
  • Participate in the enhancement of client experience by identifying areas for improvement
  • Serve as a company representative at industry functions and exhibitions, solidifying relationships and augmenting visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide support for ad-hoc business or client requirements
