Are you looking for a challenging career in business development? Do you have prior experience and a proven track record of delivering against targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Amazon is seeking Global Selling Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Your role will focus on contributing to new business acquisition (50% of the time) through hunting, specifically prospecting new merchants via phone/email who can offer a competitive range of products, pricing, and availability. Additionally, you will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) to help them launch and grow their business on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems, and tools. You will also gather feedback from merchants to identify opportunities for improving Amazon’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  • Manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice to help merchants succeed on Amazon.
  • Educate merchants about Amazon’s standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Assist merchants in mastering Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  • Understand category specifics to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing.
  • Track and report on business development results, analyzing merchant performance.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve KPIs in a target-driven environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
