Your role:

Act as the main point of contact for clients across projects.

Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and tech teams to deliver seamless campaigns.

Brief clearly. Follow up promptly. Report accurately.

Make sure everything is on time, on budget, and on point.

Most importantly — build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

You have:

Experience:

2–4 years working in client service, account coordination, or marketing.

Experience in digital agencies, marketing firms, or creative project settings is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Great at managing expectations and turning vague ideas into concrete action plans.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to manage multiple clients and tasks at once (without breaking a sweat).

Fluent in English; Chinese/Vietnamese is a bonus.
