- Account Management: Anticipates moves within assigned accounts, identifies potential problems, and develops mitigation strategies. Prioritizes actions based on customer needs, sales importance, growth opportunities, and risks. Collaborates with the team to adjust strategies and re-prioritize as needed. Thinks strategically about customer planning, resource investment, and long-term business development. Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to execute core tasks and grow sales. Develops and oversees account plans to meet revenue targets and customer needs. Ensures documentation and accountability across teams.
- Customer Engagement: Builds relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within customer organizations. Uses consultative approaches to demonstrate value and foster trust. Develops a deep understanding of customer business and technology needs, identifying opportunities for optimization and new solutions. Leads strategic technology directions and digital transformation initiatives. Advocates for customers internally and mitigates competitive risks.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintains strong knowledge of Microsoft's products, solutions, and industry strategies relevant to assigned accounts. Coordinates with internal experts to gather industry data and improve planning. Understands customer industry trends and business strategies.
- Sales Excellence: Leads virtual teams and stakeholders to expand relationships and accelerate sales. Uses effective communication techniques and tools. Documents stakeholder maps and gathers customer feedback to improve satisfaction. Orchestrates resources to address issues and improve customer experience. Develops value propositions and business plans to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Educates decision-makers on Microsoft's value proposition and aligns solutions with customer KPIs.
Qualifications (Text Only)
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in the Government industry, digital transformation, consulting, or technology roles.
- Or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience.
- Or Master's Degree in Business Administration with 4+ years relevant experience.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
