Account Executive (LATAM) – Remote, EST Hours

Join to apply for the Account Executive (LATAM) – Remote, EST Hours role at Growth Troops.

This role is based remotely with EST hours, involving full-cycle sales to drive enrollment for a leading trade school in the U.S. You will guide leads through the enrollment process, helping individuals access impactful education.

Work Schedule:
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 1PM – 8PM EST
  • Saturday: 9AM – 3PM EST
Responsibilities:
  • Engage inbound leads and follow up proactively
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and pitch solutions
  • Handle objections, build rapport, and advance sales
  • Assist with follow-ups and closing deals
  • Maintain organized pipeline in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate to improve sales strategies
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years sales or customer-facing experience
  • At least 1 year in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive or similar quota role
  • Excellent communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Organized, self-motivated, capable of managing multiple conversations
  • Comfortable working remotely during EST hours
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
