FIFA Women's World Cup™ is seeking an Access Management Systems & Applications Manager to drive AMS development and training across venues for the FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP 2027. You will lead a small team, coordinate with IT and venue staff, and ensure seamless access operations during planning and tournament phases.
The role demands 4+ years in sport event access systems, strong leadership, and bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English, with relocation to Rio de Janeiro as needed.

Reporting to the Access Management Senior Manager, the Access Management Systems & Applications Manager will be a key member of the FIFA WOMEN’S WORLD CUP 2027 Access Management team. You will be responsible for developing and managing a range of tools to assist in the planning and delivery of access operations of the FWWC2027 at all stadiums and the IBCC. Such tools will include:
Working closely with the Access Management Senior Manager, FIFA Corporate Access Manager and IT, help develop the AMS in its functionalities, reporting systems and set up.
The Access Management Systems & Applications Manager will manage 1 Coordinator, whose primary function will be to support the Manager. Together you will train and provide support to the venue team in each Host City as well as deal with the system provider, Fortress.
The Access Management Systems & Applications Manager will be an active member of the Access Management (ACS) HQ team throughout the planning phases and the tournament period.
