EPAM Systems is seeking a SAP ABAP Developer to build efficient ABAP programs and drive system design on client projects. You will work with business analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver timely technical solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of ABAP development, RAP and OData expertise, and leadership experience, with English proficiency at B2+. The position offers a hybrid work setup from Montenegro offices in Herceg-Novi or Podgorica.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years SAP ABAP development experience with S/4HANA knowledge.
• Experience with ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) and OData.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level.

As a Developer on the client’s project team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient and responsive SAP ABAP programs and performing system analysis and design activities. You will work closely with business analysts and other cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions to business requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Montenegro, whether it’s your home or our dynamic offices in Herceg-Novi and Podgorica.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality SAP ABAP programs in compliance with coding standards and guidelines
• Perform detailed analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of complex SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms and interfaces
• Work closely with business analysts to understand and interpret business requirements, and provide technical solutions that meet these requirements
• Perform system modifications and enhancements as requested by the business
• Identify and troubleshoot system defects and errors, and provide resolutions in a timely manner
• Participate in design and code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience with knowledge of S/4HANA
• Experience with ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) and OData is a must
• Experience in leading a team
• B2+ level English proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
