What You'll Do

• Develop 3PL partners and expand the number of partners and riders according to the demand for delivery in each city.
• Enhance partners' operational capabilities through training and communication, so that partners better understand our company rules and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the region.
• Ensure 100% compliance for 3PL partners and their riders.
• Work closely with product teams to optimize the processes and products used by 3PL companies.
• Work with the operations team to develop rewards and penalties for 3PL and manage them on a day-to-day basis to achieve business goals such as hiring goals, user experience goals, etc.
• Take responsibility for the partners and regions to achieve rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals.
• Communicate the elimination of partners who do not meet the requirements.
• Complete the related work within the department assigned by the manager.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor degree or above is preferred; experience related in rider growth and partner management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of the rider/3PL market trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in managing partners for large corporations, and be able to independently take charge of partner management or the formulation and implementation of business strategies.
• Experience in managing food delivery partners preferred, or in managing and analyzing partners for large domestic logistics or express delivery companies.
