Nortal is seeking an IAM Developer to design, implement, and optimize security solutions that govern access to critical systems. You will integrate IAM platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments, automate user lifecycles, and ensure compliance with security policies while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IAM experience with major platforms, strong OAuth/OIDC/SSO knowledge, and solid backend development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on IAM experience with leading platforms (Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, Entra ID).
• Strong understanding of OAuth2/OIDC/SSO and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions for identity provisioning and access governance.
• Integrate directories, cloud environments, and third‑party apps with IAM platforms.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and federated identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Automate user lifecycle using low-code tools, scripts, or APIs.
• Enforce PoLP and RBAC across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infra teams on data privacy and audits.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and integration issues.
• Develop connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend IAM capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive IAM architecture and deployment documentation.

About The Project

Asan IAM Developer,you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust security solutions to protect our organization's digital identities and manage access to critical systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM platforms, automate access workflows, and ensure compliance with security policies, playing a pivotal role in strengthening our overall cybersecurity posture.

Whatyou’lldo

• Design and develop scalable IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows.
• Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform.
• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity protocols (such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth).
• Automate user lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, and offboarding) using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs to eliminate manual tasks.
• Implement Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) architectures and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with data privacy regulations and internal audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity access management incidents, system bugs, and integration issues.
• Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend the IAM platform’s functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.

What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield.
• Hands-on IAM experience (Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, Entra ID — FusionAuth is a plus).
• Strong understanding of OAuth2 / OIDC / SSO.
• Solid backend/full-stack experience (Java, .NET, or Node).
• Willing to work in a short term project (3 months).
• Advanced English Level isrequiredfor this role,as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
