Job Description
- Assist in creating new recipes and adapting existing ones as needed.
- Assist in pre-preparation of menu items, including hygiene and food cutting.
- Help control and plan the ingredients used in the menu.
- Assemble and serve coffee breaks and serve the Board of Directors.
- Collect and identify food samples.
- Transport food from preparation areas to refrigerators and greenhouses.
- Retrieve food from refrigerators and greenhouses to supply thermal counters.
- Remove perishable products from packaging for pre-preparation and cooking activities.
- Assist in standardizing preparations with officers and chief cooks using standard recipes.
- Perform sanitation duties in both internal and external restaurant areas.
- Conduct daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Participate in internal safety and work philosophy initiatives.
- Follow coordination guidelines, maintaining a participative and dedicated attitude in the work area.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma completed.
- Basic knowledge of recipe preparations.
- Proven experience in restaurants, cold storage, or food services.
- Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Desirable Requirements
- Category B driver's license.
