In July of 2023, we started our journey in retail by opening our first cafe in Bahrain and we’ve then expanded to Saudi Arabia. Next, the UAE will be our upcoming destination!


With our growth in Bahrain, we’re looking for a star to join our team as a Marketing Manager, to be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies tailored to the GCC market helping us stay fresh and competitive.

1. Build quarterly and monthly local marketing strategies derived from the company’s goals
2. Own marketing KPIs tracking and achievement such as: achieving growth and delivery targets
3. Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists
4. Manage marketing budgets and spend on a monthly and quarterly basis ensuring optimal resource allocation
5. Oversee customer communication plans & CRM process
6. Own the development of engaging localized marketing calendar
7. Launch marketing campaigns end to end, to acquire customers across various channels
8. Identify key customer segments to tailor marketing messages
9. Work cross functionally with different departments to align on new launches, targets, campaign development, etc.
10. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and test innovative strategies for effectiveness
11. Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards
12. Ensure excellent customer experience and journey
13. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players
14. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and adjust strategies accordingly
15. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, trends, and competitors' activities in GCC
16. Liaise with social media influencers to execute promotional campaigns

1. Strong understanding of the local culture, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
2. 3+ years of F&B marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
4. Exceptional communication and writing skills in English and Arabic
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research techniques
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
9. Pleasant personality and able to lead with empathy and patience
